The Centre for the Study of Developing Societies (CSDS), Delhi invites applications for the position of Research Associate, Research Assistant and Field Investigator for the project ‘An Intermedia Digital Archive of Folk Culture in North India, C. 1930-2020’. The project is sponsored by ICSSR, New Delhi.

1. Research Associate (01)
Duration: 08 Months. May by renewed for another term.
2. Research Assistant (01)
Duration: 06 Months. May by renewed for another term.
3. Field Investigator (01)
Duration: 06 Months.
Eligibility:
Research Associate:
Post graduate in Social Science/Humanities (55% minimum) with NET/M.Phil. /Ph.D. and 2 years research experience.
Desirable: Expertise in folk culture. High proficiency in Magahi/Bhojpuri. Experience of project management.
Research Assistant:
Post graduate in Social Science discipline/Humanities (55% minimum) with NET /M.Phil./ Ph.D.
Desirable: Expertise in folk culture. Fluency in Magahi/Bhojpuri. Experience in archiving.
Field Investigator:
Post Graduate in Social Science discipline/Humanities (55% minimum).
Desirable: Fluency in Magahi/Bhojpuri. Ready to travel for field work.
Stipend per month:
Research Associate: Rs.47,000/- p.m.
Research Assistant: Rs.37,000/- p.m.
Field Investigator: Rs.20,000/- p.m.
